She developed Biochar4Life Organic Soil Conditioner, leveraging agricultural waste to enhance soil fertility. As CEO of J J Elen’s Limited, she drives product line expansions and market development. Junnie co-founded OFIMAK to promote local production and use of organic farm inputs in Kenya.
Junnie holds a Master’s in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s in Economics & Mathematics from the University of Nairobi. A marketing diploma holder from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, she actively participates in promoting sustainable waste management practices through organizations such as the Marketing Society of Kenya, Kenya Renewable Energy Association and OFIMAK.
