Calvince Onyuka has over a decade of extensive work experience as an agribusiness consultant, understands the agricultural sector adequately having being part of numerous projects geared towards alleviating the rural smallholder farmers from poverty and economic empowerment.

Currently, Calvince works with the Cereal Growers Association (www.cga.co.ke) as a Senior Project Manager. He is a trained agribusiness manager who has a bachelor’s degree in science in Agribusiness Management from the University of Nairobi and has attended numerous professional training courses. Currently, taking his master’s degree in Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and Resource Management at Moi University, Kenya. Calvince has interests in innovative ideas that promote sustainable farming practices, access to inclusive markets, and mutual partnerships for sustained economic development. Over the years he has successfully conducted training sessions for about 10,000 farmers, offered input and output market linkages, credit access and coordinated partners for joint interventions.
